1. General Sales & Strict No-Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final: We have a strict no-refund policy on any services, goods, deposits, or payments made.
Deposits: A $100 minimum deposit is required for tattoos over $100, and a $50 minimum deposit is required for tattoos under $100. For scheduled piercing appointments, full payment in advance is required. All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable.
Pricing & Sizing: Quotes given via phone, email, or social media are rough estimates only. Exact pricing is determined in person based on final size, placement, and detail.
Add-Ons: Color work on tattoos is always an additional charge. Custom or upgraded jewelry for piercings is also subject to an extra fee.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, Afterpay, Zelle, Google Pay, and tap-enabled cards.
2. Age Requirements & Minor Consent
You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to receive any service independently.
Clients Under 18: A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor in person at the time of service. Both the minor’s original birth certificate and the parent/guardian’s valid government ID are strictly required to sign the official consent forms.
3. Client Health & Allergies
Clients must disclose any known allergies (including, but not limited to, latex, nitrile gloves, specific inks, ointments, soaps, or metals) to their artist or piercer prior to receiving service.
4. Stencils, Markings & Approvals
Tattoos: Your artist will apply a stencil and review all spelling, grammar, size, orientation, and placement with you. You are responsible for carefully verifying all details before tattooing begins. Once the tattoo is finished and you leave the shop, any adjustments, additions, or touch-ups are subject to an additional service charge.
Piercings: Placement is carefully marked and verified in a mirror with you prior to the procedure. Piercers provide professional advice based on your anatomy; choosing to proceed against professional guidance is done at your own discretion. Once pierced, any re-piercing or placement changes will require a new service fee at full cost.
5. Sanitation, Aftercare & Liability
Next Generation operates as a 100% clean and sterile studio, adhering strictly to all state health regulations and professional safety protocols.
Healing Responsibility: Once you exit the shop, Next Generation Tattoo Shop and its artists are no longer liable for the healing process, infections, irritation, or physical reactions resulting from improper aftercare or external exposure.
Aftercare Compliance: Every client is strictly responsible for keeping their new tattoo or piercing clean and following proper aftercare. If you ever need a refresher on aftercare steps, our team is always available to assist and answer questions.
6. Booking & Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are always welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.
For guaranteed appointment slots, please book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure artist availability.
